These terms govern your use of the Showspace platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by them. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About us

2. Using the platform

You may use Showspace only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

•       use the platform in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
•       attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems
•       interfere with the platform’s availability, performance or security
•       use the platform to process or automate activity that is unlawful, harmful or abusive
•       misrepresent your identity or your organisation’s affiliation with Showspace

3. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly at hello@showspace.uk if you suspect any unauthorised use or security breach.

4. Intellectual property

All content, technology and materials within the platform, including software, visual interfaces, workflows and branding, belong to Showspace UK Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or reuse any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

5. Platform availability

We aim to keep the platform available and functioning well, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice.

6. Third-party services

The platform may connect with or depend on third-party tools or services, including learning management systems. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality or policies of those services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Showspace UK Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

•       business interruption or lost revenue
•       loss of data or workflow disruption
•       downtime or technical failures

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where it would be unlawful to do so.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Showspace UK Ltd, its directors, employees and partners against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, your breach of these terms, or any infringement of a third party’s rights caused by your actions.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
